Tea Review: Peet’s Lung Ching Dragonwell. As always when reviewing a tea, if brewing instructions are provided I’ll follow them. In this case, I let it brew for 4.5 minutes, but felt I could of given it another 30 seconds. The first sip was a bit bland, but it had a very nice, strong aftertaste. It was full, sweet, and possessed an almost “smokey” feel to it. On a side note, towards the end of the cup, it became watery. I definitely recommend it. You can buy it here it off the Peet’s website for $17.95 a 1/4 pound.
